The categories of WOW Awards Middle East are divided into 5 groups encompassing every aspect of MICE, LIVE Marketing, Entertainment & Social Events.

This year, stand a chance to celebrate the decade gone by with the WOW Decade Awards - Events / Campaigns / Projects executed by Asian companies and individuals (agencies, clients, venues and artists can enter relevant categories) between 1st January 2010 and 31st December 2019 are eligible to be submitted as entries for WOW Awards Middle-East 2020.

Also, submit entries for Group A: Experiential Marketing Awards, Group B: Experiential Celebrations Awards, Group C: Experiential Management Awards & Group D: Experiential Venues Awards - Events / Campaigns / Projects executed by Middle East companies and individuals (agencies, government bodies, clients and venues can enter relevant categories) between 1st July 2019 to 30th June 2020 are eligible to be submitted as entries for WOW Awards Middle East 2020. Events / Projects held globally but originating from Middle East are also eligible.

A. EXPERIENTIAL MARKETING (18 CATEGORIES)

For Campaigns / Events / Activities / Initiatives of brands, corporations, associations, government bodies, etc. for a defined customer, for the purpose of promotion, communication and marketing.

Each entry has to be described basis the following 5 aspects in all 18 categories of Experiential Marketing:

  1. Executive Summary (Character Limit: 1200)
  2. Brief / Objective (Character limit: 1200)
  3. Concept (Character limit: 1200)
  4. Execution / Amplification (Character limit: 2400)
  5. Results / Scale (Character limit: 1800)
B. EXPERIENTIAL CELEBRATIONS (12 CATEGORIES)

For various aspects of weddings, celebratory and social events. Entries in these categories cannot be for a corporation / brand, even if they feature a celebratory aspect.

Each entry has to be described basis the following 5 aspects in all 12 categories of Experiential Celebrations:

  1. Executive Summary (Character limit: 1200)
  2. Brief Background / Requirement by Client (Character Limit: 1200)
  3. Concept / Idea Suggested(Character Limit: 1200)
  4. Details of execution / Challenges in execution (Character Limit: 2400)
  5. Details of Results Achieved / Client Testimonial/s (if Applicable) (Character Limit: 1800)
C. EXPERIENTIAL MANAGEMENT (14 CATEGORIES)

Only Service Providers can enter this category. Not agencies. If an agency has played a pivotal role, an exception can be made wherein the entry is jointly submitted by the service provider along with the agency.

Each entry has to be described basis the following 5 aspects in all 14 categories of Experiential Business:

  1. Executive Summary (Character Limit: 1200)
  2. Description of the event / activity (Character limit: 1200)
  3. Brief from Client / Requirement by Client (Character limit: 1200)
  4. Concept (Character limit: 1200)
  5. Details of execution / Challenges in execution (Include client testimonials, if any) (Character limit: 2400)
D. EXPERIENTIAL VENUES AWARDS (5 CATEGORIES)

For the best MICE & Wedding Venues of Middle East.

Each entry has to be described basis the following 5 aspects in each of the 5 categories of this group.

  1. Executive Description of the Venue for events (Character limit: 1200)
  2. Physical attributes of the venue that make it great for events (Character limit: 1200)
  3. Services specifically offered to elevate the event plannings experience at the venue (Character limit: 1200)
  4. Overview of the venue’s F&B expertise (Character limit: 1200)
  5. What makes the venue the best in this category (Talk about major event hosted in 2018 and share testimonials here - Character limit: 1200)
