Meltem Bayazıt Tepeler is the Founder President of KM EVENTS in Turkey since 1995 and the Founder President of KM Events Beyond Luxury in Dubai since 2016. KM Events is one of the leading luxurious event and wedding companies in Turkey and Dubai, and celebrating its 22nd anniversary in the event and wedding industry in 2017.

Tepeler is the Founder President of YEPUD (The Association for Planning and Implementation of Creative Events, Turkey), the only association in the event industry in Turkey, ( 2007-2014).
Tepeler is currently the President of ILEA( International Live Events Association) Turkey Chapter , since january 2017

She wrote the book, ‘Weddings and Istanbul’, describing İstanbul as a wedding destination, which soon became one of the industry’s classics in 2010. The second edition of the book was published in 2011.

As an Event Planner and founder of KM Events, she does not only work in Turkey and UAE, but she also organizes exclusive events and weddings in the region, like Azerbeijan, Greece,Italy and the other neighbour countries.

Meltem Bayazıt Tepeler is one of the founders and lecturers of Event Management Certificate Program at Bosphorus University Life Long Learning Center since 2006

Meltem Bayazıt Tepeler is the member of the European Best Event Awards Jury ( EuBEA) 2012. Tepeler still attends many congresses and seminars as a lecturer to teaches professionals how to organize destination weddings and events
