An event professional with more than 25 years of international experience in events and advertising, Michail has a deep understanding of the UAE culture having launched major events like Dubai International Fashion Week and the Retail Middle East Event Awards. He has organized a series of major shows with the support of his team such as the Abu Dhabi Science Festival, Sheikh Zayed Heritage Festival and many others.

He has also successfully organized major corporate and public events, from gala dinners for 300-5,000 attendees and customized show performances to launches, fashion shows, roadshows and conferences.

Michail was actively involved in in the 2004 Olympic Games in Greece where he supervised 5 Olympic facilities during the Olympic and Paralympic Games over 3 years.

Michail strongly believes that for an event to stand out, it needs to deliver real value to attendees through their experiential journey. They must be technologically up-to-date, smartly integrated and perfectly fit client objectives while being crafted with passion.
