Since the very initial phase of business incentive campaign planning, TMH brainstormed on the lines of innovation; a fresh, light and energetic concept idea which would bring novelty and at the same time connect well with everyone, across multiple divisions of ICICI – this was our client’s expectation. Building on the brief, Team Moving Heads suggested a music festival as an innovative format for rewards and recognition meet – the idea which once again won the mandate of overall event management which included travel, ground and hotel management, artist handling and holistic multi-show planning with end-to-end delivery. With the business results coming in, the ICICI expectations sky-rocketed as we were looking at 1200+ AVC fest guests in the event – pushing TMH’s creativity to the limit and challenging Heads to keep Moving faster and better than ever before.
