FROM MOUTHPIECE TO CATALYST We spend a lot of time putting green spaces into urban environments – but are we paying any attention to designing in blue space? It\'s a tantalising prospect, but there\'s a long way to go….someone had to take the first step. Dainik Jagran had to become a co-conspirator in people’s fight to a reclaim their lake. In a situation tinged with public apathy and lack of government focus, if others weren’t SHOWING THE WAY WE WILL. WE WILL LEAD THE FIGHT for Achal Lake A newspaper will lead the agenda. Provoke conversations. Fuel solutions. This was the genesis our campaign : Achal Sarovar…Atal Dharohar (Let’s make the Immortal lake…our eternal wealth) GOALS : 1. Mobilize support from citizens 2. Get Administration to act
