Description about the project

The thought behind the concept was the ambition to make this experience HUGE for all participants - bigger than their dreams and better than any event they have ever participated. The brief was to create a concept that not only recognizes the efforts of the participants but also builds aspiration in them to aim higher and create new standards. We developed the concept ‘IAMSTERCHAMP’, inspired by the famous city landmark – IAMSTERDAM monument. All the event elements were designed in such a way that every single one of The Titans is able to not only enjoy the unique atmosphere of the city but also to relate to it as one he/she could be a part of as an ‘IAMSTERCHAMP’. The concept emphasizing destination’s best without taking away its focus from the company’s very best. The Gala Awards was no doubt an evening that successfully orchestrated a dramatic lift in the ambition and euphoria amongst the Champs of Bajaj Finserv through its immersive, diverse show flow - it became THE experience for The Titans. In the words of some of them “we look forward to be a part of such marvelous, fantabulous, mind-blowing event every year and we will ensure through our hard work we will get there\"
